Based on the acquaintance from the domestic and international situation of snubbing operation device and analysis of intelligent control system about the pressure working in our research group,the control system has realized the monitoring of the blowout preventers and slips,the use of the coupling alarm device and automatic operation of the lifting cylinder.But there are still some problems that coupling alarm has high false alarm rate and the lift force(down pressure)of the lifting cylinder is difficult to automatically adjust.In order to solve these problems,further improvement and optimization design were carried out by the existing operating equipment.According to the present control system,contact coupling alarm device and pipe centralizer device are used to realize the detection of coupling alarm.The centralizer device solved the problem caused by the inclination and vibration of the pipe string,but the influence that the deformation of the pipe string and the adhesion of mud on the surface was still unable to eliminate.In this paper,the alarm method and device were improved,the analog proximity sensor is used to collect the diameter information of the pipe string.And the collected signal is processed and analyzed by the fuzzy algorithm to distinguish the diameter error of the pipe string and the rate of error change,so as to judge the position of the coupling and realize the intelligent alarm of the coupling.At the same time,the relevant data of the pipe string is transmitted to the monitoring equipment,and the detection signal of the coupling is monitored and recorded in real time.The simulation and actual experiments showed that the method improves the accuracy of coupling alarm.The control system of the pipe string lifting and lowering operation can not balance the weight of the pipe string and the pressure in the well independently,it will bring potential safety hazards and reduce the service life of the equipment.The force analysis of the pipe string in the well was carried out,and the lifting force calculation formula was deduced,which was used in the servo control system.In MATLAB/simulink,the mathematical models of amplifier,servo valve,lifting cylinder and other components were established by transfer function.Then,the original control system was improved.The electro-hydraulic position servo system and electro-hydraulic force servo system were established separately to observe and analyze their stability and response speed.Then,two servo control systems were optimized by PID algorithm.On this basis,the electro-hydraulic force-position servo compound control method was proposed and studied.The simulation study showed that the force-position compound control method is superior to the electro-hydraulic force and position servo control optimized by PID,and has good control performance.Figure 60 Table 7 Reference 66...
