Laboratory experiments of three-dimension scaled model which is built by scaling criteria is important guides for in-situ exploitation. For heavy oil reservoir, the shortcoming of huff and puff was exposed gradually, then the horizontal wells steamflooding was the main replacement technique, so it's necessary to research this technique by scaled model. In this paper,on the base of establishment of the mathematical models for horizontal wells steamflooding, a full set of scaling groups were derived. Then used the similarity criteria to make the parameter transformation between the prototype and model. And made the correctness verification and sensitivity analysis of the scaling criteria at the same time. In order to improve the successful rate and cut down the laboratory experiment period, several kinds of development mode, which are the horizontal wells steam assistant gravity drainage(SAGD), double horizontal wells steamflooding, for model were researched by using numerical simulator. The Parameter Optimization for these Processes was analysed and studied. In addition, the experimental program for 3D model was determined by orthogonal design. The results show that the scaling criteria is reasonable. It can be used to guide the experiments. The research of numerical simulation shows that with increasing steam quality and steam injection rate, the recovery was increased. The addition of the chemical agent can lead to a remarkable improvement of oil recovery, but with increasing Chemical concentration, the increasing extent was decreased. Take SAGD for example, the experimental program which was determined by orthogonal test as follow: steam quality is 0.8, steam injection rate is 0.85m~3/D, production factor is 1.4.The research contents in this paper are important guides for laboratory experiment and the exploitation of heavy oil reservoir.
