The Shanjiasi heavy oil field of Bin nan mainly using steam stimulation,With the increase of circle of steam soak,the problems of production of each circle be ing less and the water rate increasing rapidly occur gradually.In order to improve th e effect of steam soak and rationalize the production and injection,the research on opt imizing the injection-production parameter and production prediction must be done i mmediately,which will provide the theoretical support for the theory of effective dev elopment of heavy oil.This paper,take Shanjiasi heavy oil reservoir as research objects,based on geology,Fluids Physical Properties,core,development dynamic and other infor mation.establish the single well of heavy oil field steam stimulation and the Da model of associated wells unit,on the basis of history matching,by the technol ogy of reservoir numerical simulation,using the mono-factor method,orthogonal.experimental design method,optimize the injection-production parameters,the influ encing degree of every factor was analyzed by using the grey relational analysis method;With daily oil production and gas-oil ratio as evaluation standard,injectionproduction parameters as influencing factors,clustering analysis among huff and puf f wells in the database is applied,parameter optimization chart concerning different res ervoirs and well-types is plotted,which makes field parameter optimization work fas t and reliable;The production forecasts is a combination of the analytical calcul ation,BP neural network,the law of diminishing,examples of applications sho w that the predictions reliable,the model can be used to guide the production practice;By conducting to analysis the benefit of heavy oil reservoir develop ment,the cumulative oil output and gas oil ratio of vertical well,horizontal we lls and single well stimulation extreme economic in current economic and tech nological conditions was given.The study of this paper has important significan ce for the efficient development of Shanjiasi heavy oil reservoir.
