Preliminary Design And Development Of Oil-gas Analysis Meter Based On ARM-Linux

Petroleum is an improtant strategic reserve resource. Implementing advanced control is significant for petroleum and petrochemical enterprises in improving production efficiency and oil quality. Gas-oil analyzer is one of the key technologies in closed-loop optimization control. Currently, gas-oil analyzers from abroad are quite high in price. So to develop a kind of analyzer that is cost-effective and suitable for domestic petroleum has great significance for broader implementation of advanced control in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises. This thesis studies design principle of gas-oil analyzer intensively and accomplishes concrete realization of software part. The main research contents conclude:Firstly, overall development programme of gas-oil analyzer is designed on the basis of studying fundamental principles of the analyzer. Function description and corresponding technical indexes of each module are given. Functional partitioning and implementation methods of software and hardware are raised.Secondly, part functions of gas-oil analyzer are developed which include establishment of linux development environment and MiniGUI development platform. On this basis, signal input/output module, data processing module, data storage module, touch screen control interface module etc. of oil-gas analyzer function modules are developed. Meanwhile, internal and external communication mechanism of the analyzer is studied. GPIO, RS232, USB and other rock-bottom communication driver programmes are developed.Finally, part functions of gas-oil analyzer are tested. Function modules test including development environment test, data acquisition, communication, GPIO and USB flash disk storage tests etc. are done by using YC2440 breadboard to simulate hardware platform of the analyzer, which can lay a foundation for further development of softare and hardware of gas-oil analyzer.
