In recent years,with the advancement of science and the development of technology and economic,people are under increasing pressure and the rhythm of life is getting faster and faster.At the same time,the requirement of people on food and diet are getting more and more strict,and the demand for food nutrition and convenience is getting higher and higher,so the market demand of vegetable semi finished products is getting more bigger.In order to ensure the quality and production efficiency of thevegetable semi finished products,it is necessary to replace the traditional method of manual cutting with low efficiency and poor sanitary condition by automatic mechanical production.As a vegetable processing machinery,the equipment for vegetable processing is of great significance for the processing of semi-finished vegetables,attracting more and more enterprises to enter the field of food machinery.In view of the disadvantages of high degree of manual participation and low automation in the net vegetable production equipment in the market and the need of artificial disks for cutting the dinished vegetables,the paper has developed a net dish configuration and production line that combine cutting,sorting,weighing,and loading.The modular design principle is used to divide and create modules according to the different functions,and the design of module interface is carried out,shich mainly includes the cutting module and the conveying module.In the view of high consistency of each module in the transmission module,and in order to realize the customization service of the customer with high efficiency,the parameterized design of the secondary development of SolidWorks is adopted for the transport module.The design of the CAD system of the conveying module of the clean vegetable configuration equipment is designed by using the Visual Basics programming language,and the human-computer interaction interface is created.It connects the feature parameter database and SolidWorks template file,and automatically modifies the size of the model and automatically generates the device model according to the user input information.The static analysis of the main modules and parts is carried out with ANSYS to ensure the rationality of the structure.Finally,the modal analysis of the lifting sub module and the cutting part of the conveying part is carried out,and its natural frequency and vibration mode are obtained,which provides the basis for the selection of the motor.Through the design and research of the vegetable cutting machine production line,the paper improves the automation level of the vegetable cutting machine,improves the efficiency of redesign of the same series of different sizes of the products,lays a foundation for further development,and has very imporment social benefits and economic benefits.
