As we know, there will be a lot of oily wastewater after the production in the oilfield. They have a high temperature in reality. So we propose a program of using the heatthrough a single generator and two-stage absorption heat pump to heat the crude oil in steadof heating boiler. In this paper, we analyse the circle of the single generator and two-stageabsorption heat pump, and establish the energy balance, mass conservation and equilibriumthermodynamic calculation model. On this base, we also calculate the parameters of this kindof heat pump.We work out a program to analyse the effect of some factors to the fuction ofheat pump. They include wasted hot water temperature, the heated medium temperature, flowrate distribution ratio, exhaust gas range and condensing temperature. Our target is tooptimize the design, calculate variable conditions and the heat transfer of heat pumpcomponents. We compare this technology to the traditional boiler and find that it has manyadvantages. It has a lower annual cost ,two and a half year payback period and save a lot ofenergy. At last ,we get a conclusion that this new technology has a high energy efficiency, more economic and environmental benefits, and a wide range of applications, compared withtraditional boiler.
