In this paper, oil refining enterprises in the production of low-temperature waste heat generated during the actual situation, put forward the use of crude oil distillation unit, catalytic cracking and delayed coking unit of heat through the back Thermophilic type II absorption heat pump units to replace the boiler, to the removal of propane steam tower bottom reboiler to provide the technical program, a detailed analysis of Regenerative Type II high temperature absorption heat pump cycle is established based on energy balance, the relationship between mass and heat balance calculation model , on this basis, has embarked on a right back to the second category of high temperature thermal absorption heat pump units parameters of thermodynamic calculation. Thermodynamic calculation program compiled on the system under different heat recovery rate, different deflated scope, and different condensation temperature variable operating conditions, the system COP, low-temperature absorber gas-range, over temperature, evaporation temperature, heat transfer area and two changes in the performance index of the conduct of a detailed analysis.
