| Xi Lin Hao Lai reservoir is a mesoporosity land ow permeable reservoir,so most of the wells need to be fractured to put into production.According the fracturing practice of these years,compared with Da Er Qi and Sang He reservoir,Xi Lin Hao Lai reservoir is much more difficult to be fractured and has low success rate and flowback rate.By means of the analysis of the reservoir feature,Zhong Yuan oil field carried out the research of low temperature water-base fracture fluid system and fracturing technology,which increases the success rate and provides technical support of the sustainable development of Bai Yin Cha Gan reservoir.The physical property of Xi Lin Hao Lai reservoir is bad and the temperature is between 60-80℃,the fracture fluid of some low temperature is had to viscosity break.Because of the low formation pressure coefficient,fracture fluid is difficult to flowback which leads to secondary harm to layer.Basic on the mechanism of fracturing harm,Zhong Yuan oil field carried out the research of low temperature water-base fracture fluid system and fracturing technology.This object invented DF-07 low temperature compound breaker system.This research achieved good effects and decreased secondary harm to layer.There are many kinds of reservoir of Xi Lin Hao Lai oil field.The interspace of faults is small and the scope of closure of structure is low.According to these points,the company did a lot of reseach in split and working parameter and adopted fracturing of separate layers,fracturing of inclined well and fracturing of hydraulic jetting.All of these have achieved good effects in field application. |
