Acrylate resin has many excellent properties,such as excellent weather resistance,oil-resistance property,excellent adhesive,rich material and low cost ,so has been widely used in many areas, but its Performances of temperature resistance,water resistance and air permeability is poor, its application is restricted.. Polysiloxane has excellent weather resistance,water resistance,high and low temperature resistance, and high air permeability property,so modified by polysilicone,acrylate resin's properties can be largely improved.In various synthesis methods of the polysiloxane acrylate, hydrosilylation is easier to control of the modified product's structure, and the properties of product are easy to grasp. So the study of acrylic esterification and vinyl ether modified silicone become hot in recent years.In this paper,several silicone with acrylate end groups were prepared via the direct hydrosilylation ofα,ω-dihydrogenpolysiloxane and different acrylate using chloroplatinic acid catalyst. The influence of reaction temperature , reaction time , catalyst content and polymerization inhibitor content was investigated. The structure of reaction product was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and GPC. Photo-curability of the silicone acrylate was also measured. Explored the relationship of reaction product's performance with oligomer's structure and the conditions of preparation process,and determined the best condition of synthesis.An UV adhesive was prepared by reaction product and the adhesion and hardness of the uv-curable product was measured. It showed that the reaction product has excellent mechanical and chemical properties.
