| The spontaneous combustion of coal seam is one of the major problems in safe production of coal mine, threatening the miners' life safety, serious influencing the coal industry development. Because the actual condition of the coal spontaneous combustion process is complicated,and its characteristic and the external condition always change along with the environment. So as to the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion and the forecast technology of the coal spontaneous combustion fall under the serious restriction.This paper uses FTIR-TENSOR27,TG/DAT-STA449C and SK-2.5-13T Tubular Electric Resistance Furnace of the safety laboratory of Liaoning Technical University and theoretical combining with experimental methods, to research the characteristics of 065-2 Coal Seam spontaneous combustion in the Gu-shan Mine, the conclusion are as follows:â‘ Studied the low temperature the spontaneous combustion characteristic temperature of the 065-2 Coal Seam by thermgravimetric analysis technology;Established spontaneous thermogravimetric reaction kinetics model;Received the spontaneous combustion activation energy dynamic parameters;Calculated the spontaneous combustion of coal seam,through the activation energy indicators to determine the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal.â‘¡Studied the Far-IR characteristics of the signal gases of the coal samples in 065-2 work face by TG-FTIR techniques; Got the generation temperature range of the coal low temperature oxidation gaseous product such as H2O,CO2,CO,CH4,C2H4; Established the spontaneous combustion index gas system with CO for main index gas and C2H4 for auxiliary.â‘¢Based on thermal analysis kinetics and combined the the rmogravimetric experiments of two coal samples 065-2 mine face of GuShan-Mine and silk carbon layer, calculated the kinetic parameters of two coal samples and coal added inhibitor kind, analyzed quantitatively the inhibiting effect, and identified the best inhibitor ratio parameter of FR-1 foam inhibitor agent in GuShan-Mine,which is 1:2. |
