At present, the gas disaster is still one of the most serious mine disasters. Now the safety control in Gas disasters is more focusing on the technology and equipment facilities. However, by the influences of geological structure factors and gas occurrence regularties, even the prevention technology research of coal gas disaster has formed a complete set of technical system; the general applicability of all the set of technique is still relatively limited. The main reason of this actual state can be explained by the following factors: firstly, prevention technology which is still confined to gas application level but not to the gas cybernetics level, secondly, some key link in prevention technology has not yet developed. Therfore, in order to change the status of security controls of gas disaster, the subject applied the security controls to the disaster prevention and control of coal mine gas on the basis of previous research. At the same time, we can provide a theoretical basis for disaster prevention. In this paper, the safety control system is as the research object, the control system and safety measures is as the controller, the control system and safety measures is to be composed of the feedback loop control system measures in order to achieve safe control systems for gas disaster dynamic con -trol.Based on the analysis of mechanism modeling method and system identification modeling method and system identification method, we have established the gas disaster safety control system model (system security state equation). After determining the model structure, we result in the actual appraisal value of the risk index model structure and control capability index C H which is basic on the fuzzy chromatography analysis method. Combined with gas disaster of safety control of system model block diagram, the system security model for the structure of the state equation can be determined. According to the established security equation of state and gas disaster, we select the "LKL" method which can overcome the large observational error under small samples and estimate the risk control index and risk control of system that the C, H's best estimates. Analyze with the actual evaluation, we can believe that this is a strong correlation when the correlation coefficient reaches a certain value and the result shows that the evaluation process at this time has been close to the actual situation.On the basis of the FAHP and LKL, we can get the final safety control system model of the gas disaster which can also be known as the prediction model. Through the prediction model, we can predict the security situation in the coming year and develop the safety management objectives and security plans for the coal mining enterprises, or provide a theoretical basis to make security decisions.
