Research On The Design Of Ring - Spinning Spinning Machine Based On Ergonomics

The textile machinery of our country is in a stage of development. Theexploration’s aspects of innovation for ring spinning frame’s modeling design in this topic provide a boost for the sustained and healthy development of the textile machinery industry in China, because of providing a new design method to open the mind of design for textile machinery and changing the development situation of the textile machinery equipment which is lacking of modeling design. The fundamental purpose of subject is to provide the feasible design scheme of modeling for enterprises and to meet the enterprises’needs.By researching and analyzing of the man-machine engineering in this paper, I analyze human body’s scale and range of activity, as well as requirements and limits of vision and touch factors in modeling design, and apply it to the modeling design of ring spinning frame. Based on the analysis of ring spinning frame’s current structure and appearance, I make research from three aspects of man, machine and environment that related with modeling design, summarize the issues on the current machine’s appearance to and get new ideas about ring spinning frame’s modeling design. Based on the research and analysis of content about ring spinning frame design, such as physiological characteristics, body size, visual range and so on, I make fully discussed about the modeling design of ring spinning frame.This paper will take ring spinning frame’s modeling design of Shanxi Jingwei textile machinery group as an example by using many scientific research methods, such as literature research, case study, comparative research, survey study and so on, to provide objective basis for modeling design. Through study of theoretical basis and analysis of design principles, in the process of actual design, analyzing design feedback and improving design scheme, I will get methods of modeling design and I will put forward specific solutions about modeling design of ring spinning frame based on the man-machine engineering and summarize the trend of ring spinning frame’s modeling design.
