In the present textile industry,the yarn produced by ring spinning frame is still in the dominant status.In the ring spinning frame working process,the yarn is prone to break due to the complex environment.If the break yarn not be handled in time,it will seriously affect the yarn quality and production.Most of the spinning enterprises in our country are still use manual method to check the yarn breakage,because they can not afford the price of yarn breakage monitoring product developed by foreign country.Manual method can not find the yarn break in time,and not accurate,thus it also affect the economic of enterprise and its competitiveness in the market.Focusing on the problem,this paper has designed and realized a ring spinning frame yarn breakage monitoring system,which has a reasonable cost and can replace the manual method.The system is mainly composed of the front-end signal acquisition-processing subsystem,the concentrator subsystem,and the PC monitoring subsystem.In the front-end signal acquisitionprocessing subsystem,first of all,this paper has designed a double coil differential sensor based on the electromagnetic induction principle and the corresponding signal processing circuit,then this paper packaged them into a detection device,and use the domestic ZJ1268 model spinning frame hardware platform to test the effect of signal detection and processing,it has got a good results,and achieved the function of acquisition and processing of the wire speed information;Then,this paper has designed a signal analysis based on MCU,it analyzed and processed the speed of the six wire loop at the same time,it has realized the judgment and alarm for the yarn breakage and abnormal speed;At last,this paper has designed the hardware circuit of CAN communication,and through the development of CAN communication protocols,as well as the program of encoding,it has achieved real-time communication between the front-end signal acquisition-processing subsystem and the concentrator subsystem.In the concentrator subsystem,first of all,according to its function,this paper has designed its hardware circuit;Then,this paper through to make the communication protocol of Ethernet,and coding for each function program,realized the function of concentrator as a gateway to transform the protocols,alarm for abnormal condition,and store the data temporary when the Ethernet communication line exception.In the PC monitoring subsystem,according to its function,this paper has realized the design of database,the program about communication between the concentrator,the monitoring interface,and the program coding of the corresponding function.To verify the function and of the whole system,this paper has build a debugging platform,use the data which detection device collected on the spinning frame platform,completed the debugging of the whole system,obtained a good experimental results.The system has realized the real-time monitoring of the yarn breakage and other abnormal situation,and statistics of the real-time production information.Compared with the manual way,the system can find the yarn breakage and other abnormal situation timely and accurately,and it costs reasonable.According to the statistics of spindle anomalies and its production information,the system has realized the fine management of spindle.The system is reliable and scalable,it provides a basic reference for the early development of yarn breakage monitoring system which can be widely used in domestic spinning enterprises.
