With the increasingly fierce competition in domestic and foreign markets and the increase of the production and variety of textiles,there is higher demand for the quantity and quality of the yarn.At present,the domestic cotton spinning enterprises have taken measures of introducing foreign advanced equipment,improving the traditional technics and other means to deal with the tremendous changes in the industry to seek better development.The core of the highly efficient spinning technology is to expend the ability of drafting.Install special drawing items in spinning equipments to increase the capacity of drafting have been welcomed and recognized by most of the domestic cotton spinning enterprises.Highly efficient spinning technology has become a trend in the cotton spinning industry.This paper researches the influence of the pressure bar devices in the drafting zone of spinning frame on the quality of yarn,and to explore appropriate parameters.Firstly,experiments have.been done on various combinations of middle rubber roller and top pin with pressure bar in break draft zone,and the optimal combination has been found by the means of comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy math and cluster analysis.Then the influence of the parameters of the draft ratio of break draft zone,the gauge length of jaw and the fineness of rove using the selected optimal combination of pressure bar have been explored and the optimal combination of different parameters by the means of orthogonal experiment for optimization have been found.The form of "two sticks of pressure bar" is better than the form of "non-stick" and the form of "single stick" in the optimum experiment of the numbers of pressure bar.The forward direction of the elasticity of jaw is better to improve the quality of yarn than the upward direction one, and soft middle rubber roller has the superior quality of yarn to the hard one in the optimum experiment of various top pins.For the yarn of JC18tex,the optimal combination of different parameters selected by the means of orthogonal experiment for optimization is:the draft ratio of break draft zone is 1.35,the gauge length of jaw is 3.0mm and the fineness of rove is 480tex.This combination could improve the spinning quality when increasing the draft ratio of break draft zone.And then,there are experiments on various pressure bar devices in front draft zone and then find the optimal one.By varying only one parameter,we explore the influence of the parameter of the fineness of rove,the gauge length of jaw and the position of pressure bar. Theoretical analysis has been done on the conclusions of the experiments,and makes further analysis by designing quadratic orthogonal regression experiments,and get final optimal plan by optimize the regression equation.The combination form of "the top pin type of BYSX3-6833B,gauge block and soft middle rubber roller" has the most obvious improvement of the quality of yarn in the optimum experiments of various devices with additional pressure bar.For the yarn of JC18tex,the optimal technic parameters got by the design of optimization theory are:the fineness of rove:431tex,the gauge length of jaw:3.0mm and the horizontal distance between the center of pressure bar and the center of front roller:5.413mm.The similar technical parameters' combination could improve the.mass CV,thick, thin,neps and hairiness remarkablely.This paper contributes to the popularization of the use of the devices with pressure bar by discussing the issues above.
