With the end of 2015, "12th-five- year" plan came to an end, the Beijing municipal government during the second five on the ongoing problem of air pollution prevention and control, the county completed the 2013 annual national "12th-five" emission reduction task in 2015 exceeded SO2 and NO2 were cut 6 percent of the planned target, the concentration of pollutants in the air in Beijing has dropped significantly compared to 2014. But Beijing air pollution remains a serious problem, the Beijing haze still endanger production and livelihood. On the one hand, Beijing’s own production and living activities will cause a certain degree of pollution, on the other hand around Beijing urban air pollution in Beijing has a transmission and air conduction effect, so that the surrounding cities of Beijing’s air quality to a certain extent, affected the Beijing air quality.This article aims to reveal the specific, dynamic surrounding urban air pollut ion in Beijing, Beijing air quality. First Air Quality Index(AQI) were introduced, and then describes the status of air pollution in Beijing as well as the natural, social, economic, energy utilization in Beijing. After the concentration of air pollutants in Beijing Beijing and surrounding cities were analyzed and compared, and the use of spatial statistical principles to national air quality index autocorrelation analysis and hotspot analysis is to identify the purpose of the neighboring city of Beijing is relatively high pollution and pollution around the city relatively high hot cities, found in the south of Beijing’s neighboring city of Baoding, Langfang city Heng high levels of air pollution and air pollution and the surrounding cities exhibit high value- high aggregate value. Then Beijing’s air quality districts and hot spots spatial autocorrelation analysis, used to test the above hypothesis, found in southern districts of the Beijing Daxing District, Tongzhou District, Fangshan District and more serious air pollution and contaminat ion of the surrounding counties formed a high value- a high value aggregation. Combined with the national air quality analysis results and Beijing hot hot air quality analysis, the addition to its Beijing Baoding and Langfang it is also affected by pollut ion transport pollution and more serious.
