With the continuous development of resources utilization industry of urban garden waste,a set of statistical indicators on the production,collection,transportation,utilization and treatment of the whole process information of the garden waste need to be established.The situation of the whole process of garden waste management in Beijing is analyzed on the basis of existing research.Based on the theory of life cycle assessment combined with the Pressure-State-Response model,the statistical index system of the production,collection,transportation and utilization of garden waste is designed.And the implementation process of the life cycle assessment of the garden waste management in Beijing is analyzed,which provides the theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the utilization of garden waste in Beijing,exploits the utilization potential of the garden waste and formulates the development plan of the garden waste.The Garden Waste Management Information System of Beijing is established on the basis on the B/S framework.The system can be used to fill in information of garden waste,show information of garden waste in tables and pictures,as well as conduct environmental impact assessment.It is of great significance to improve the statistical efficiency of garden waste,integrate forestry information resources and speed up the construction of forestry informatization. |
