Some discussion and study on the administrant system of the mine-ventilation were put forward recently. But in fact, there are some problems in them more or less. The mine-ventilation is a very huge and complex space network system. There are hundreds of laneways in some iron-ore. With the changing of mining deeply and the advancing of the working face, the sites and the amount of the working faces, the length of the laneways and the amount of the wind changing at any moment, thousands of information need be dealt. Geographic information system is a current technique to analyze and deal with thousands of data. Geographic information system has changed the traditional drawing mode, which makes use of computer technique managing and analyzing the space data and displaying the results to the people. It improves the ability of realizing and dealing with the information and offers important measures for the safety scientific management and the decision-making in mine.This system establishes the functional interface of the management of the Mine-Ventilation and realized the visual data by using VB6.0, VC, Mapinfo4.0 and MapX. The project realizes the query and the administration of the silo and the laneway property, the ventilation and reducing dust establishment property, the ventilation standard property, wind property, the correlative graphs property, others assistant property and the dynamic updating interlink age of the correlative property. The system has a unitary and uniform understand to the management of the whole mine-ventilation system and it can realize the dynamic management and query.If this system succeeds, it can be extended to the application in the management of the same enterprise and can improve the efficiency of the administrant and promote the development of the economy.
