Surfactant is a kind of excellent amphipathicity compound, which has been used for thousands of years in human history. With the development and exploration of surfactant, the surfactants have been widely researched and applied in all walks of life, such as agrochemical industry and oil industry.The carboxylate polymeric surfactant is a kind of important anion surfactant, which possess good dispersion, water-solubility, fighting hard water ability, and has been one of the commonly used pesticide surfactant. The ten kinds of carboxylate polyelectrolyte dispersants had been synthesized by radical solution polymerization with maleic anhydride, styrene and itaconic acid as monomers, whose structure were confirmed by 1H-NMR and FT-IR. Through orthogonal experiment, in view of the pesticide formulations of 35% thifluzamide suspension concentrate, we discussed the influence of various factors on the reaction in synthesis process and ultimately determined that the reaction temperature, reaction time, adding time of monomer droplets and the monomer ration( IA: St: MA) is 80 ℃, 2 hours, 2 hours and 2:1:1 respectively. In synthesis of surfactants, on the basis of performance analysis, based on the viscosity, suspension rate, Zeta potential and hot storage stability of 35% thifluzamide suspension concentrate, finally determines the amount of surfactant added in the suspension concentration is 4%. For the thifluzamide suspension concentrate with the dosage of surfactant was 4%, the suspension rateand the thermal storage stability can meet the state and enterprise standards. The formulation can be industrialized production. Pesticide formulations processing with water as medium can replace emulsifiable concentrate and wettable powder to a certain extent, which conform to the development direction of modern pesticide.This paper also prepared trimer nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(TNP10) which is a kind of non-ionic surfactant by nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(NP10). Combining with ISM, NP10 and SD661, we studied the synergetic effect of anionic and non-ionic surfactant mixture on reducing the viscosity of Inner Mongolia crude oil. The results showed that the selected four kinds of nonionic and anionic surfactant all play a synergistic effect. Though calculation, the mixture of TNP10 and SD661 has the best synergetic effect. Through the analysis of the viscosity and rheology, four surfactants used alone can reduce the oil viscosity. And when anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant mixture was used, the viscosity reduced significantly. The rate of viscosity reduce with TNP10 and SD661 mixture can reach more than 95%. Through the analysis of rheology, we found the reason of viscosity reduce is that the addition of surfactants can destroy the three-dimensional network structure and divide the super molecular.
