The main content included the following parts:1. Single factor tests and orthogonal experiment design were used in optimizing the extraction technology of four kinds of medicinal materials by measuring bioactive constituents, and better technical have been obtained.2. The study of preparation technology was finished, in which the conditions of condensing and drying about medicinal extract were researched. As well as we obtained the optimum formula through selecting the proportion of excipient, such as filler, disintegrant, adhesive and lubricant.3. In quality standard research, TLC and HPLC were adopted for qualitative identification and content mensuration, the results showed that the preparation technology of effervescent tablets was feasible and practical.4. The result of pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity experiment showed that the compound semen cassiae effervescent tablet of three different doses could decreased serum TC, TG and LDL-C significantly, and increased HDL-C about high-fat diet group. As well as no evident toxicity reacts were found.
