With the continuous development of technology and industry,social demand for energy production, especially the growing demand of petroleum resources, oil which is in the production of metrological work needs more reliable and more accurate requirements. In the past, data acquisition usually use the mode of artificial reading, and it approaches poor accuracy, slow speed and high work intensity. It is easy to fraud, so it can not completely meet the demand of modern industrial production to the requirement of data acquisition system. Based on the present situation of the most of oil production field measurement efficiency and low precision, this paper put forward and designed the data acquisition system which is based on PLC Kingview intelligence and precise production of oil field.The system which was presented in this paper adopted Kingviews as the configuration software. The system adopted the circulating structure. The mixed liquid in the three-phase mixed pipe flowed into the mixed liquid separator, and it was separated from the mixed liquid separator, then the pipeline flow control system set mixture ratio of water and oil. According to a certain mass or volume ratio, three phase mixture mixed water, oil and gas. As long as we controlled the flow of water, oil and gas, it could get the misture liquid of preset ratio. The system adopted mass flowmeter which was produced by Xi’an DINGFENG company, LWGYC-40 intelligent turbine flowmeter and DFYI2000 ultrasonic liquid level gauge. In the simulation of three-phase systems, the Siemens S7-200 programmable controller was a control device, flow meter and liquid level gauge were the data acquisition equipment, on-site flow feedback signal obtained by frequency converter control pump speed control, in order to the pipeline the purpose of traffic monitoring and control.System achieves three-phase data acquisition, flow control and pump control subsystem configuration by Kingviews, and it could visually see real-time operation state of system configuration to achieve real-time monitoring of the production site and on petroleum measurement setting up another field calibration. After the equipment debugged, configuration system realized that the scene of the production data acquisition, monitoring and field experimental data which showed that high accuracy calibration of metering equipment devices by simulating the production site, you can meet the 5% level of production which was possible to complete the process stable and reliable control and the recording and analysis of data processing meeting the actual requirements of oil production equipment calibration.
