The oil industry has 140 years of history since its appearance in the 19 th century.After entering the 21 st century,with the rapid development of social economy and the progress of science and technology,the oil industry also got huge promotion,the scale is further expanded,the position is further improved.Accuracy of flowmeter in the oil industry is more and more important because of its significant role in the oil production,while the measurement precision of flowmeter has been a worldwide problem with no major breakthrough.The research on the calibration system of flowmeter has got a top priority,in the situation that the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter cannot meet the development of the oil industry.The calibration system of oil flowmeter refers to the accurate measurement of oil before flow an oil flowmeter which will be calibrated,then the oil flowmeter will be calibrated by the accurate flow data measured before,so that the oil flowmeter can measure the oil with high accuracy.Oil is a mixture of oil,gas and water,in this research,the accurate measurement of oil flow is accomplished by the separate determination of oil,gas and water.After precise determination,a mixture of oil,gas,and water is formed to simulate the crude oil flow into the oil flowmeter which will be calibrated.To accurate calibration of flowmeter,we first need to ensure the constant of oil,gas and water flow in the pipeline.The constant flow control is an important part of the calibration system of the oil flowmeter and it also is the main research content of this subject.In the study,we selected mass flowmeter and turbine flowmeter to measure oil,gas and water flow,and the measured data are transmitted to the PC as the control parameters of constant flow through the EM235 module and ADAM module.Constant flow stability was achieved by the PID algorithm.In the design,through the PLC module programming,to achieve the adjustment of PID parameters and settings.According to the data collected from the flow,constant flow control was achieved with the flow of the pipeline closer to the set value.System management software based on Kingview software environment design,the software can be used to monitor the flow of data and equipment operation.The use of PLC and Kingview make the system can collect the real-time data of the calibration field and the running state of the equipment in the host computer,and can control the constant flow rate in the pipeline.The experimental data show that the system has high accuracy,good stability,fast response and other advantages in the control of constant flow,these advantages are conducive to realize of high precision and fast calibration in the calibration system of oil flowmeter.
