Both in ceramic grain appearance and clothing art, is the working people’s wisdom crystallization, is the creation of the working people in China an important activity.Facts proved, for a long time, drawing on the surface of the ceramic, the beautiful, attracted numerous designs clothing designers and artists from all over the world, we can say that nowadays, ceramic art patterns remains constant for the modern clothing design to provide a lot of design inspiration and rich design language, which has produced many beautiful, breathtaking clothing works of art. Although ceramics and dress belong to different disciplines, the use of material, show the simple sense of art and aesthetic feeling must also have the difference, but there is no doubt that both are the brightest in the history of human civilization, is the valuable wealth that human beings, but also reflects the people since ancient times to the expectation of a good, peaceful life and yearning. Turn the wheel of history forward, these classic art made a huge contribution to the development of human society, therefore it must be inheritance and carry forward.This paper first chapter from the first the background, purpose and significance of research topic, and the related to this topic research present situation as well as the research object of the definition and research methods are briefly described. Second chapter separately from the origin and development of ceramic grain appearance, art ceramic designs of external forms and internal aesthetic point of view of cultural values on the analysis, the design method in the research, fully tap its artistic value, in order to use of point on the dress design art. The third chapter first pattern is divided into several categories, typical for ceramics as the main content of this section do matting and introduction, mainly elaborated ceramic pattern application in traditional costume.
