Distribution of micro powder technology in material selection, gradient material preparation, and the application of rapid prototyping, and other fields has a very wide, with the development of science and technology at the same time, the distribution of micro powder technology obtained the rapid development in the field. Distribution of micro powder technology is one or more powder according to the amount or proportion of set is transferred to the same reaction pool, using a trace on the distribution of powder technology in the material selection can effectively reduce the dosage of single test of powder, thereby reducing the consumption of expensive powders, effectively reduce the experiment cost.A kind of micro powder distribution method based on the electrical drive pressure was proposed.Multi-channel powder micro distribution system has been designed.The mainly work was as following:On the distribution of powder technology at home and abroad are summarized, and the distribution of powder technology is analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of proposed and designed based on the distribution system of piezoelectric micro powder, using ATmegal6 as the processor, multi-channel arbitrary waveform generator was designed and completed the hardware circuit design. The program of the system was designed. On the lower machine embedded application design, can realize multi-channel arbitrary voltage waveform of the output, at the same time can achieve any combination of four kinds of wave forms.A stroboscopic system was designed, and use the spherical titanium alloy powder stroboscopic experiment was carried out.To study the system parameters (waveform, driving frequency, voltage, etc.) the influence of the distribution of micro powder, and the application experiment was carried out. Waveform can control powder movement direction, different waveform can be combined to control the movement direction of the powder, so as to realize the smooth distribution of powder, the driving voltage is too large or too small are not conducive to micro powder distribution, frequency, the greater the micro powder distribution coefficient of variation is smaller. Using micro distribution system of Y2O3 powders, Eu2O3, Tb4O7. NH2CH2COOH powder such as calibration, and on the basis of the preparation of the 2×3 Y2O3:Tb3+green light emitting material chips and 7×14 Y2O3: Eu3+red light emitting chip, and maximum spectral intensity obtained by photography and optical detection of n (Tb4O7:n (Y2O3) and n (Eu2O3):n (Y2O3) value, using powder micro distribution system can effectively improve the efficiency of material preparation and selection, and reduce the cost of material preparation.
