At the end of the 19 th century,beer began to be introduced into China and gradually became one of people's favorite drinks.The increasing demand for beer has promoted the rapid development of automation level in the beer industry.Beer packaging production is the last link in the whole beer production line.Machine equipment such as stacker,box unloader,bottle washer,bottle inspection machine,wine filling machine,sterilization machine,labeling machine,and box loader are all important components in the beer packaging production line.Bottle conveying chain runs in coordination with the above machine equipment to complete the beer packaging production task.Bottle conveying chain mainly includes two conveying modes of multi-channel bottle conveying and single-channel bottle conveying,with multi-channel conveying speed being slower and single-channel conveying speed being faster.Before entering the bottle inspection machine,wine machine and labeling machine,the bottle conveying chain adopts a single conveying mode,and the other conveying stages adopt a multi-channel conveying mode,and the multi-channel bottle conveying and the single-channel bottle conveying need to be mutually switched.This paper mainly studies the automatic control system for changing the beer packaging line from multi-channel to single-channel.This paper is based on the project of automatic control system for packaging production line of a large beer factory.The main design idea of this project is to change the speed of each motor to adjust the number of bottles on the conveyor belt so as to achieve the best control effect of continuous bottle supply,no bottle squeezing,no bottle sticking and no bottle pouring.The implementation process of the project is mainly divided into the following four parts: Firstly,the packaging technology of bottled beer is analyzed,and the network architecture of the automatic control system is built by using Profinet industrial Ethernet.Then,multi-channel and single-channel hardware design is carried out.Siemens 1500 series programmable controller(PLC)is selected as the system control core and Siemens touch screen is selected as the human-computer interaction interface.Secondly,multi-channel and single-channel software programs are written and the upper computer interface is made.using Siemens software development platform-botu V14 as the software development environment,the multi-channel and single-channel automatic control system for beer packaging line is designed and developed.The last is the on-site tracking and debugging process.After the whole system is put into actual production and operation,beer bottles can be kept at a certain distance,and the noise in the conveyingprocess is very low,thus reducing the occurrence frequency of bottle squeezing and bottle explosion.The production efficiency in actual operation reaches more than 85%,reaching the predetermined control target and meeting the project requirements.
