The development of an underground metal mine has to be safe,stable and high efficienct.It is mainly depended on the normal status of all the systems and the advanced technology of applied in the mine.Based on the review and analysis of relevant literature and research results at home and abroad, the corresponding theoretical research was conducted on the ventilation system of metal mine at high altitude, using methods of field measurement, comparative analysis, theory study and numerical simulation. The main content of this paper is as follows:1. On the basis of reliability analysis based on air quantity, another important factor, air quality is considered to define roadway reliability. Through the research of present situation, air-quantity distribution is considered to be normal distribution and given to calculate reliability of normal distribution.2. Ventilation network system is not a simple serial parallel structure, according to the reliability of each roadway to analyze the reliability of the ventilation system is a problem. The flow of theoretical knowledge to analyze the application of reliability theory in this system network, the key point is to draw figure Tongluo ventilation system, calculate the minimum path sets based on Boolean matrix method, and then use the disjoint theoretical formula. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the reliability of main fan system, combined with the reliability of the network system, the final calculation of the whole mine ventilation system reliability was 0.8262.3. As for repairable property of ventilation dynamic system, the reliability forecasting model of main fan was set up by using the Markov Proeess, derived for the steady state efficiency, the first failure time and the reliability of the main fan system that three reliability indices.Reliability prediction and analysis of the case of Mao Ping mine mian fan of K45-6-No.17.Develop safety technical measures to improve the reliability of main fan system, and provide theoretical support for the management of fan.4. According to the actual situation of Mao Ping mine, this paper identified the key branches for stability analysis of the mine ventilation system. Using the 3Dvent software, this paper did a lot of simulation resolving. Then the influence of branch wind resistance change withthe air flow on the key segments in the inlet section,wind section and the return air section was analyzed quantitatively. At the same time, the correspondingcountermeasure was given. Finally according to the above findings and the given node and the adjustment measures, a system-wide optimization adjustment and the ventilation network simulation results analysis were launched and obtain the coupling relationship of multi fan operation. The technical measures to improve the stability of ventilation system are put forward.The research was closely linked to the production reality of Maoping Mine and provided strong technical support for the ventilation system construction of Maoping Mine.
