As an important part of mine underground mining,mine ventilation system is mainly composed of ventilation network,main fan system and other supporting facilities.The reliability of mine ventilation system is very important for underground mine production,which has the responsibility for the safety of underground personnel and property.Study and analyze its reliability,can timely discover possible accidents and hidden dangers of the system,and provide mine ventilation technology and management personnel with scientific basis to improve ventilation status.On the basis of previous research,this paper studied and forecasted the reliability of the ventilation system inMao Ping mine through field measurement,statistical analysis,network flow theory,Markov process and other theories as well asfuzzy analytic hierarchy process and system dynamics.The main contents are as follows:1.In combination with the mine ventilation system and reliability theory,a reliable calculation model of air path was established by the indicator of air volume.Through statistical analysis of measured wind data,the study analyzed the air volume distribution density function and distribution in air road,and got the reliability of air road by numerical calculation.2.Based on the theory of network flow,the study gotminimal path set of the ventilation network through the contact matrix method,and it was constructed disjoint.And the reliability of the ventilation network was analyzed with the reliability of each branch obtained.It determined that influence of the reliability of each branch air path on the ventilation network based on relative importance.Finally,the wind network was supplemented by the influence of ventilation auxiliary equipment,and it obtainedthe reliability of ventilation network.3.Based on the cold storage repairable characteristic of mine main fan,the reliability model of fan was established by Markov process theory.By collecting the running condition data of object fan,this paper analyzed the reliability of the main fan systembasedon the steady-state validity,the first failure time andreliability indicators.It also predicted the change of reliability and remaining life distribution at different periods in future.4.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was applied to evaluate the ventilation system of mine from the perspective of human,machine,environment and management.It quantified the evaluation result and determined that the reliability of ventilation system was at a general level.According to the feedback mechanism in system dynamics,the system dynamic model of the reliability of mine ventilation system inMao Ping mine was established based on safety investment.The application of Vensim predicted changing trend of reliability of ventilation system and its subsystems in future.And proposed appropriate measures according to the trend of change curve.
