Mine ventilation is an important part in producing process. The ventilation system is composed by many complex variables, and its operating condition is important in guaranteeing the safe production in the mine. With the increasing of depth and the expanding scale of mine, it would be more complex for ventilation system. The reliability would be knocked-down even the airflow would get confusing. So it is necessary to study on the reliability of ventilation system. By analyzing its reliability, the possible failure and the potential causes of accidents in ventilation process can be found, which are the basic information for designing and supervising the mine ventilation system, and it is rational to set the indexes in evaluating the reliability of part or the whole system, and at last to effectively prevent and reduce accidents for ventilation system.Based on its special characteristics of the mine ventilation system in the paper, it will be divided into two parts, the ventilation net system and the ventilation mine main fan system. In the studying program, the reliability model about single airway is set up by statistics theory first of all, and the theoretical computing model for reliability is put forward by using network flow theory. Through analyzing the sensitivity of each branch in the network, the affecting extent of the reliability of ventilation network can be got. As for the repairable property of ventilation dynamic system, the reliability analyzing model is set up by using the Markov Process theory. According to simulate the act on affecting factors with the model, it can help to make safe techniques to improve the reliability of dynamic system.The study in this paper is composed with the application of mine ventilation safety technology, reliability theory and network flow theory and so on. It serves as an important guiding role and has some reference value for further studying on the reliability of the mine ventilator system in future.
