Distance slurry pipeline transportation mode has a large conveying capacity, less land occupied, without being limited by the climate conditions, many advantages such as energy saving and emission reduction. With the increase of demand for mineral resources in remote areas, the application of long distance slurry pipeline transportation is becoming more and more widely. However, slurry pipeline may often appear in the process of deposition, blocking, and internal wall to produce the problem such as severe abrasion. As an important component of pipeline-bend, its structure is relatively straight pipe section is more complex, more likely to have problems when the slurry flows above the elbow. Therefore, the slurry pipeline and bend characteristics research is of great significance. Because of the complexity of the solid liquid two phase flow theory, studies the relative limitations of made a lot of problems in the process of slurry pipeline transportation can’t get very good solution, thus many problems about slurry pipeline transportation needed a test method to research, provide support for pipeline hydraulic transportation of practical industrial application. Therefore, slurry pipeline engineering test system design is especially important.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1) Analysis of slurry pipeline transportation process and some important parameters, studying the characteristics of pipeline. The design and construction of a comprehensive multi-purpose indoor pipeline test platform. Test methods for system architecture and main functional test platform were highlighted, and the test platform, experimental analysis of slurry characteristics. Initially identified design process optimization calculation formula used, and the main solid materials, slurries rheological properties were analyzed.2) Combined with real-time data, a famous domestic pipeline company to certify the differential equation method, Through two experiments:Relationship between pressure and flow rate, the relationship between pressure and flow relationships were compared, Amend the original formula. Of straight pipe bends around whether the impact of the experimental results do verification described experiments using two different diameters of the elbow.
