ASP flooding (surface-active agent, polymer, alkali) oil recovery technology was the effective measures of EOR in the latter part of oilfield development. With the promotion of enhanced oil recovery technologies, the rising concentration of oil displacement and the complex composition of sewage led to greater difficulty in sewage treatment. In particular, when the surfactants in oil-water interface occurred monolayer, multi-layer adsorption, the interfacial tension between oil and water was reduced, which made sewage emulsion seriously and difficult to separate oil and water, thus, to solve problems of ASP flooding sewage treatment is an urgent need in Oilfield. In this paper, simulated oilfield water was used, and the laws of flocculation of sewage treatment affected with single-drive oil displacemen were investigated.The light transmission rate of treated effluent with four kinds of inorganic flocculants had the samilar law as the changing of flocculant dosage. Treatment effect of lower molecular inorganic flocculant, aluminum sulfate(AS), has been shown worse than that of polyinorganic salt. The coagulant three was the best with the maximum light transmission of 79.3% and optimal dosage of flocculant of 1000mg/L. Flocculation performance of PAC improved with the increasing temperature; Wastewater was more difficult to treat when the concentration of surfactant increasesd.This experiment investigated the treatment of simulated oilfield water with four kinds of coagulants and coagulant compound, effect of sewage treatment with single-dose and re-pairing was compared. The best conditions for treatment of simulated wastewater is temperature 50℃, coagulant three dosage 1000mg/L, coagulant dosage 10mg/L. Under these conditions, the light transmission rate of the under clear liquid was 99.4%.Through the research found that the following rules: Surfactant which was maded by alkali and the aromatic components of crude oil, polar component and a mixture of many types of acid reaction, and auxiliary plus surfactant can better adsorbed on the oil-water interface, enhanced the negative of oil bead surface, resulting in significant reduction of oil-water interfacial tension. Through the hydrophobic force, electrostatic, hydrogen bond forces such as the role of surface-active agent incorporated into polymer chain to form a polymer / surfactant "composite",in the composite, the nature of polymer and surfactant were modified with each other, so that to the surface activity system was improved , surfactant is more dispersed, emulsionis is more stable, and the treatment of Sewage is more difficult.
