The lengthwise graphitization process is a kind of method of doing without resistance material, electric current direct drill through the lengthwise electrode pole.Presently,the cosmically high power electrode pole of electro bath of aluminum are produced by the lengthwise graphitization furnace. This technique is only controlled by other country domestic area. The pushing equipment of the lengthwise graphitization furnace is the most important part, its capability determine graphitization stand or fall. So the design of stability, response expeditiousness, precision is very need. Because plumbago has expanded and shrinked in the process of the lengthwise graphitization. When electrify finish, the lengthwise graphitization has fleetly shrink. These can influence the change of pressure. At the same time the pushing equipment of the lengthwise graphitization furnace adapt this change. The success of develop is propitious to not only economy benefit but also research and development of the pushing equipment of the lengthwise graphitization furnace.The valve control pressure system is carefully researched by this paper, and deduces model function, and carry through emulator by MATLAB. At one time introduce PID control theory and characteristic, analyses its arithmetic and excellence, proofread the model function of system. So advance the stability, response expeditiousness, precision of system.This paper base on actual project, as an important part of valves'test system, whether the fixture is good or not is correlate to the whole test system's capability. So the paper is valuable on theory and practicality.
