Suit manufacturing occupies an important position in the garment industry.In order to improve the market competitiveness of suit enterprises,it is very important to strengthen the information level of enterprise manufacturing.At present,the consumption of suits is gradually moving towards a customized model.Combining the production status of each link of the enterprise,formulating a reasonable production plan arrangement method for it is a prerequisite for efficient production.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the related technology of production planning,and add order-oriented production planning management to the enterprise ERP system to realize the rapid planning of enterprise production planning.Based on the actual production status of Shanghai FL Fashion Co.,Ltd.,this thesisstudies the related technology of production planning in ERP for order-oriented suit enterprises.The main contents of the research are as follows:1.Weighted orders are processed in batches.Combining the characteristics of the enterprise,analyze the relevant factors that affect the order production priority,and use the analytic hierarchy process to weight the orders;establish the order category attribute hierarchy tree to optimize the difference formula of the K-prototypes algorithm classification attributes,making the algorithm distance calculation more precise and accurate.K-Prototypes algorithm is very effective in solving the problem of batch classification of weighted orders,which makes a large number of customized suit order data classified according to the production priority,effectively reduces the production difficulty of enterprises,and provides unified data support for planning.2.Study the order-to-order production planning and scheduling scheme.According to the characteristics of the production plan of the suit company,with the objective function of minimizing the maximum order completion time,the production plan order scheduling model is established,and a two-stage sparrow search algorithm is proposed to simulate the sparrow foraging process.The algorithm uses a two-stage coding method in the production line;uses a roulette random selection mechanism to initialize the sparrow population;and designs the intelligent behavior in the sparrow search algorithm,including the finder movement mechanism,the follower follow mechanism,and the alerter detection and early warning mechanism.Selecting an example of order batching and simulating similar algorithms for comparative analysis verified the feasibility of the algorithm to solve the order scheduling problem and provided a theoretical basis for the development of the ERP production planning module.3.Development and Realization of Production Planning Function in Enterprise ERP.Analyze the actual business needs of Shanghai FL Fashion,combine the production capacity of each link of suit production,select batch data of high production importance and production planning algorithm,and complete the overall production planning module function in the suit enterprise ERP.The article mainly briefly introduces the system architecture,development environment,business process and function design,and demonstrates and explains related system functions.There are 28 figures,21 tables and 67 references.
