This article aims to the numerical analysis study of flow field of gas in lateral circulation in T6 heat-treatment furmace transported by triple-tiered roller to be designed and manufactured.The furnace is used for the continuous solid treatment for aluminum wheels.Because the airflow and the distribution of flow field will impact directly to the quality of wheels treated, there are both theoretical and practical significance to the study of distribution of airflow field in the furnace.At present the furnace gas flow of conventional methods of measurement is the scene or model experiments.For the factors that impact the distribution of airflow are plentiful and complicated, it's difficult to make experimental measurement and analysis.But with the development of computer technology,with computational fluid dynamics CFD based on the numerical analysis of their flow analysis has become possible,so not only can save a lot of manpower, material resources,and can greatly shorten the study period.In this article,simulating and analysis was taken on field of gas in lateral circulation in T6 heat-treatment solution furmace transported by triple-tiered roller by the CFD calculation software FLUENT.Creating a there-dimension geometrical model and using the Realizableκ-εturbulent model studies studies the hydrodynamic character and airflow field distribution.The air flowing field and velocity distributing rule inside furnace is achieved inside furnace.And under different conditions,the furnace flow distribution and speed curve has been obtained.The different wind speed according to resistance furnace has also been obtained.This paper's findings similar to the furnace heat treatment furnace fan choice and the optimal design has a reference value.
