5-Axis numerically-controlled machine tool is in the present numerical control domain widely applies moreover the quite practical one numerical control processing equipment. It may complete many complex surfaces and the curve processing, as early as at the beginning of numerical control technological development; the people are engaged in this technical on the investment massive energy and the time the research.This article takes 5-Axis numerically-controlled machine tool's mechanism as the analysis object, the research numerically-controlled machine tool mechanism transmission and the state of motion. Through prototype's visualization modeling and the actual transformation, study the machine mechanism dynamics question.(1) The linear transmission system was in the numerically-controlled machine tool uses the most frequent transmission system; this article unifies prototype's full-scale mockup and responds two aspects from the structure to make the multianalysis to prototype's transmission system. And includes, derives the prototype transmission system the transfer function, solves the prototype transmission system the step response and the static error, summarizes the transmission system intrinsic property the influence which produces to the system and so on several aspects. For better grasps the prototype transmission system the rigidity and the stress distortion situation, this article has made the finite element analysis to prototype's main transmission part with the COSMOS software.(2) In the multi-rigid dynamics rationale, infers the prototypical cutting tool and the main participation moving link's kinematics and the dynamic equation.(3) In view of prototype's full-scale mockup, makes dynamics simulation with the ADAMS software to the prototype. Simulates the cutting tool to make situation and so on in translation, circular processing paths, studies prototypical each primary member in parameter and so on time starting, acceleration, steady movement speed, acceleration and stress change situations.(4) Summarizes each kind of influence engine bed precision disadvantage factor which in the prototypical actual transformation process appears, studies reason which the engine bed error produces, and attempts reduces and compensates these errors. Many domestic numerically-controlled machine tool production manufacturer selects the import control system, the numerical control software, the transmission part assembly numerically-controlled machine tool, actually has not been able to achieve the complete machine performance which the import numerical control equipment has. Many reasons have created this phenomenon. This article take the machine transmission response and the machine dynamics question as the research breakthrough point, in coor with progress of production practice, attempts to seek for one kind to be able to improve the numerical control equipment overall performance the method.
