The 21st century is an information age. Vehement market competition brings new challenges to manufacture. The old production model can't satisfy the requirement of the modernized manufacture. Due to the drastic competition in market, many enterprises have tried to improve the level of production and management with informational, automatic and modernized technologies in order to achieve invincible position in the competition. So the study of advanced and scientific production management system has been the topical issue. A workshop is a cell of the manufacture, however, many problems about workshop producing management have the characteristic of numerical problem because of their complex contents-and the widespread ranges. So there is no time to leave to perfect and to improve workshop production management. Along with the development of artificial intelligence, the naissance of Agent presents a new approach for the study of workshop production management system, because it adapts to the development of production management and focuses on network, intelligent and agility very well.Based on the tire production process and information flow of curing of the workshop, this paper build sulfide plant manufacturing execution systems software and hardware system architecture. By analyzing the sulfide plant production operation, problems to system can be identified and the overall system could be planned and designed. Through analyze of techniques process, math model of curing workshop production scheduling could be established. Adaptive mutation particle swarm optimization can deal with this problem. Through model coding, identified decoder methods, establishment of fitness function and the algorithm parameters, we can achieve the task of curing workshop production scheduling sort and effectively avoid the optimization of the process of scheduling a local optimum. Through this theoretical analysis, sulfide workshop production scheduling could be determined. In PowerBuilder platform, based on SQL Server database, MES sulfide workshop on the production scheduling system could be designed and developed, execute to manage production scheduling and achieve management and dynamic capabilities.Through analysis of actual production dispatching operation and result in the curing of a tire shop business plan, adaptive mutation particle swarm optimization used in curing workshop production scheduling system could be identified. This arithmetic can effectively short the time production scheduling, enhance production planning and flexible scheduling, increase production efficiency and has a very good prospect.
