In recent years,under the wave of Industry 4.0,along with the proposal of " China's manufacturing industry 2025",more and more manufacturing companies in China are beginning to try to practice and research smart factories,and actively promote intelligent manufacturing technology to achieve Transformation and upgrading and the transformation of development methods.With the increasing variety of office seating and increasing social demand,traditional production models need to shift towards a smart production model.Most office chair manufacturers nowadays,the level of production automation and intelligence in the workshop is generally low,and control of production costs.In place,the information scheduling of the workshop is unreasonable.The Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is the core part of the intelligent factory.It is the shoporiented production management information system between the upper information management system and the underlying process control system.Through information transfer,the order can be optimized to complete the product.The entire production process.Manufacturing Execution Systems(MES)are developed and developed to solve such problems.Through the actual needs and objectives of the enterprise,the framework of the MES system in the back frame manufacturing workshop was determined.In order to master the current situation of workshop production,the method of distributed collection and centralized management is used to realize the data collection of the workshop and improve the transparency of workshop production.To solve the problem of uncertainty of working time quota in customized production,a kind of aggregation based on The working time prediction method of the class group is to cluster the processing feature parameters by differential evolution mean clustering algorithm,and to predict the cluster group to realize the group prediction of working time quota,which improves the accuracy of scheduling;Aiming at the chaos of workshop scheduling,combined with the part process route,equipment real-time status and working time quota data,the problem of flexible workshop scheduling based on genetic algorithm was studied.Through the example analysis,a suitable scheduling scheme for the back frame manufacturing workshop was obtained,which was beneficial to control processing.Time,reduce processing costs.Under the Visual Studio 2010 development platform and SQL Server 2008 database software,the back frame manufacturing workshop MES prototype system was developed,which realized the overall design flow from order introduction to data management,working time forecasting,and workshop production scheduling,in order to shorten the workshop production cycle.It provides a strong guarantee for standardizing working hours management,improving production efficiency,reducing production costs,and controlling processing time.
