PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) has many good characteristics such as high torque, low wastage, low pulse, low electric time constant and etc, which make PMSM become the best implement in high precise CNC. In Recent years in virtue of DSP's (Digital Signal Process) price fall and especially appearing the expert DSP chip on motor control, it provides the hardware support on digitalization of AC servo system. The time and resource of CPU is saved and the performance of the system is improved by using of FPGA (Field Programmable Game Array). In this thesis, author does the research and design on control technology of the high precise PMSM AC servo.First of all, the structure, timing methods, control strategy, developing status and the tend are given. On the base of introducing the mathematics model of PMSM, SVPWM method is put forward. Secondly the paper gives the design detail in three close loop controller. The position loop speed loop and the circuit loop takes the classical PI control method,the simulation result validate design's feasibility and correct utilize MATLAB/SIMULINK,Then the paper introduces the hardware platform based on DSP+FPGA+IPM which makes them full plays each one's advantage and makes up each one's disadvantage. IPM module accomplishes diver and protection. DSP uses TMS320LF2407A made by TI Company. It finishes the works including AC servo control algorithm and the data communication by serial bus. FPGA achieves the purposes including detecting the hall signal, reading code disc signal, scanning the keyboard, dynamic refreshing the LED display, dealing with protection signal and etc. The signal with high speed and intense periodicity is disposed by FPGA, which not only saves much time of DSP, but also improved the efficiency of whole system.Finally, the paper's design result has been proved based on the laboratory equipment, experimental result authenticate the paper's design result is all right.
