It is very necessary to resolve the slope of the vibration compacting concrete structures performance since that eastern route of south-to-north water diversion project is very long,need large concrete square and it is important for the safety and durability of south-to-north water diversion project.It will have a guiding role to south-to-north water diversion project construction to test all affected elements of the works.This article studies the physical and mechanical properties of concrete, rheological properties and viscosity of vibration theory through site visits, internal research, relevant literature, data, advanced experience in seriously sum up, based on the actual situation in close connection with the project and using actual project raw materials. Testing the slope concrete slumps, the concretes vibration viscosity coefficient was studied by used bubbles on the float. We studied the effect of vibration compacting concrete slope through simulating construction site. Through analysis of test results, we draw the best range of the elements impacting vibration compacting concrete structures, and optimize of the dense arguments. So that mechanical vibration compacting concrete lining, surface roughness and physical strength of concrete meet designing requirements, obtain the best density of concrete, and this provide a favorable technical support to achieve large-scale mechanized lining.
