Today,the study of polymer modified cement concrete mainly focus on thematerial composition and road use performance, but the study of polymer modifiedcement concrete paving is not in-depth. Materials of polymer modified cementconcrete paving only mention"using the paver not free expansion to pave, using thestrengthen function of paver to compacted", and paving process refer to concrete andasphalt concrete paving experience to develop, not form a paving process for polymermodified cement concrete.Working parameters of paver and compactness of the polymer modified cementconcrete has a certain relationship. In the research, experimental study for operationparameter of paver was carried out. By recording a lot of testing data and combiningwith the vibration compaction theory it analyzed the relationship among vibrationalfrequency,tamping frequency, paving speed and compactness, drawn relationshipdiagram, established the mathematical model,and the parameter range wasdetermined.Screed structure is another important factor directly affect the compactness ofpolymer modified cement concrete. This article through studies the classification ofthe paver, structure of screed of paver, structural requirements of screed are analyzed,determine the system requirements of paver.Equipment matching model is an important part of the once-through formingprocesses of polymer modified cement concrete. In this paper, combining theequipment matching model theory of asphalt concrete, research and formed aequipment matching model for polymer modified cement concrete.Through the research of hang line monitor, frequency meter, floating side panel,the real-time monitorings of tension and vibration parameters come ture,and one-stepmolding on the edge of the pavement also come ture, and ensure the constructionquality. When the test conditions are mature, test section of one-step molding technologyof polymer modified cement concrete were carried out in hubei province. It turned outthat flatness,slip resistance, abrasion resistance and other performance indexes canmeet the specification requirements, construction technology is simple and pavementperformance is better than the ordinary cement concret.
