Based on the hydraulic viscosity clutch and metal band component, this paper designs a new gear:"Metal Belt viscous clutch device" and to the innovative design as the core to solve a common problem of the coal mine conveyor-belt:The power imbalance of each drive motor in the condition of operating, which happens in the power-belt in multi-motor drive.With the development of the power balance technology of the conveyor-belt at home and abroad, this paper analyses their characteristics of the technology of viscous clutch and CVT comprehensively, puts forward the concept of metal belt viscous clutch device used in power balance innovatively.Then through the analysis of viscous clutch and metal band components (including:the theory of operation, the body structure of the machine, key components, the analysis of hydraulic control system) it puts forward the project of the metal belt viscous clutch device which analyses the factors influencing the imbalance of power conveyor system again on theory, finds the factors which influence the power imbalance of belt-conveyor system. All the above will be the theoretical groundwork of control system design of adjusting the power imbalance. Finally, it presents the core of this thesis:With the application of control theory and method of liquid metal belt conveyor viscous clutch device to adjust the power imbalance, it also makes an analysis and introduction about control system design on the core of PLC.Based on the analysis above, this paper which analyses and designs the metal belt viscous clutch device will provide a new idea to resolve the problem of power imbalance of belt-conveyor.
