Three-Phase Energy Meter Of Multi-User Based On ATT7022B

With the development of power management for modernization and intelligent, the traditional induction meter and single-family electronic meter can not meet the electricity management demand of automation and centralized. As the production of age, multi-user electronic energy meter meet the high standards of power industry about high-precision measurement, intelligent control and centralized management. As a new tool of energy measurement instruments, multi-user electronic energy meter gradually being welcomed by the power industry.Now, the measurement model of "multi-measurement IC+single MCU" or "single-measurement IC+single MCU" is widely used, and its simplicity of hardware, operating stability is rather poor. This paper introduces a new measurement mode "measurement chip+dual-MCU", which can measure active energy of many users and according to the load operation of the users to make intelligent judgments. This article summarizes the present state of energy meter, and introduces the basic theory of energy measurement. Then, the hardware of circuits of this energy meter are illustrated in this paper, and designed a new type of use of I/O interface for fast data transfer between MCU mode of communication; On the software, the energy measure of software algorithms and error correction algorithm for power are introduced with some flow charts, and in the energy metering program which discusses the principles of time division multiplexing. At last, system's measurement error and error compensation method are analyzed, and some measures of anti-interference are taken to improve system's reliability.Generally, the study on this article will improve the electric energy measurement and management to a high level. It is with many advantages such as high-precision, multi-function, low cost, and it is worthy of generalization.
