Research Of Megawatt Wind Turbine Pitch System

The pitch system of wind turbine is not stable with un-correct parameters, it will not be complete its pitch task when the wind turbine encounter a gust wind, which will be impact the wind turbine and affect its work. It's dangerous for engineers debugging the control parameters when they work in wind turbine, but they can debug control parameters on the ground simulation platform of pitch system, studying the pitch control algorithm and the individual pitch control technology.The study of this paper based on pitch control system ground simulation platform of MW wind turbine of XJ group. For building the simulation platform put the mathematic model of pitch system, analyzed the disturbance torque of pitch system. This paper gave the computer model of pitch system based on the signal flow graph of pitch system and the disturbance computation of pitch system, and simulated the model. Design the pitch control, parameters under MATLAB and debug parameters on ground simulation platform of pitch system with relative data of pitch system and with pitch system signal flow graph. Completed the robust test of pitch system under MATLAB and gave suggestions for the system. Study the pitch control algorithm under MATLAB with the pitch system characteristics.
