| Coal crusher system structure is an important part of coal handling system, which makes crushed coal for power stations. When the crusher works on the crusher building, the Power Equipment installed on the crusher can produce exciting force-harmonic load which acts on the supporting structural. Such harmonic load may cause steel beam structure overall or local vibration phenomenon. In practical engineering, many screen breaking systems built in China already have serious power equipment vibration and structure stability problem at different levels. What's more, the strong exciting force caused by power equipment makes screen breaking system more intense vibration, and further develop the structure is more likely to cause local damage, and in severe impact on the safety and stability of the entire thermal power stations. Therefore, power equipment harmonic load bearing structure in the dynamic response of the specific analysis is particularly important.This paper studies the steel-concrete composite beam in a different connection forms, natural features, namely analysis the beam in modal, according to the reduction factors through the analysis of composite beams structure, calculate the dynamic load floor and the Vibration_characteristics of overall model in different connection forms.Then the power equipment produced by harmonic load applied to the entire structure, by calculating the dynamic response of the whole structure, analysis of whether the structure of the actual works resonance phenomenon, and briefly introduce some engineering measures often used in isolation.This article depends on the finite element software ANSYS for a variety of structural dynamic analysis and rely on the spring elements e in the ANSYS software to simulate the shear connectors-studs, through analysis and calculation of contrast, we can see the simulation degree that spring element to the shear connector. |
