At present, the pilots determine the current position mainly through the distance and direction data given by the channel compass during the flight, without knowing the current geography environment and flight trajectory clearly. So if there come a breakdown or insufficient fuel situation, the pilot can not choose the safe landing point, which will greatly threaten the pilots and passengers'safety. For this reason, we have autonomously designed this electronic map navigation system. The paper researches back-end subsystem of autonomous navigation system. First of all, we conduct a detailed argument on the system solutions according to system design requirements. Secondly, we design the various functional modules of the system design, including processor minimum system module, infrared receiver module, CF card memory module and LCD display control module. Subsequently, we test the various functional modules rigorously. Finally, we introduce migration process of the embedded operating system and the functional modules driver based on the hardware platforms. Migration process of the embedded operating system includes U-Boot transplantation, Linux kernel transplantation and the facture of embedded file system.
