Auto technological innovation of car has become the key to win marketcompetition. At present, the major car companies have turned to the main attackdirection with microelectronics technology and information technology as arepresentative of high-tech, and develop all kinds of new vehicles to technology. Formany years, automobile industry, electronic information technology as well as on thefoundation and realize the mechanical design. Therefore, it can be said that a countryor region’s automotive electronic technology level, they decided it in the future marketcompetition can get the initiative.In the full investigation visualization reverse radar auxiliary system at home andabroad on the basis of design, this paper puts forward the Linux operating systembased on embedded video system design, reverse are discussed briefly embeddedLinux system development, and discusses the general flow the USB camera imageacquisition system and ultrasonic alarm system hardware design and software design.In terms of hardware design, this paper according to the system’s accuracy,real-time and cost requirements, choose the right ARM microprocessor control chip,and with modular design ideas will be divided into several modules of the systemhardware design, each module respectively after a successful commissioning besynthesized a complete system.,so as to ensure the quality and convenient inmaintenance hardware debugging. In software design, hardware circuit design,according to its modularized design initialization of complete system, USB webcamdriver design and transplantation, ultrasonic ranging driver design, voice alarm thepreparation and transplantation program.This paper adopts control chip that is samsung’s S3C2440microprocessor,whichbased on embedded Linux, is designed for the operating system of a kind of safetyvisualization reversing system. In the design of embedded Linux operating system isthrough USB kernel-mode driver achieve real-time monitoring camera, the carsituation after ultrasonic ranging results and threshold compared to start voice alarmmodule to remind drivers attention. In the design of the system hardware ofcomponents of the strict screening, software development system for the optimizationdesign of the control module are mainly hardware circuit and software flow of eachmodule and system, the hardware and software of the commissioning and perfect.Introduces the video image acquisition car under Linux system process and the ultrasonic ranging module driver structure. Experiments showed that the system runsstably and video image acquisition of the real-time clear, can satisfy the visualizationof reversing the requirements.
