With the development of Chinese shipbuilding industry, ship expanding it's the scale of power systems, automation level, which has demanded the higher level of design, evaluation and simulation to cope up with the present context. However, China's shipbuilding power system simulation studies at the initial stage, the object of study focused on the ship power system to improve on the algorithm, and most of the simulation tools are the use of the software from abroad (such as MATLAB, SABER, PSPICE, and VTB, etc.), and still have not be able to discover their own ship power system simulation software. This is restricting the shipping industry development at some extent. Based on the simulation of ship power system functional requirements, design the ship power system graphics rendering platform. The platform with VC ++6.0 software, completed the visual design of the graphical interface to complete the ship power system components, rendering, property editing, storage and algorithms commonly used functions, and combine algorithms and systems together. In this graphics system, design of the power system common components in the graphical model. Combining the characteristics of the ship electric power system components and classifying them on different modeling based on the number of its ports, and prepare a mathematical model of the program code then encapsulated them into the various classes. The user can enter a part of the argument and can achieve on components mathematical modeling.Analyzing the structure of the ship, determines the topological analysis method.According to the drawing of the screen components, the system automatically analyzes the topological connections, to determine the connection between any two components relationships; Regard bus and power distribution boards as node, using graph traversal method to travel the components, seek a node's self-admittance and mutual admittance, and ultimately generates the system nodal admittance matrix. Finally, using ship power system power flow calculation as an example, validates graphics platform availability and reliability.
