With the rapid development of modern ship, ship equipment configuration constantly upgraded,it’s important to ensure the safe and stability operation of the ship power system.Study shows that the larger the ship power system is,the more loads it has and the more complex the distribution mode is,the brittle fracture occurs more easy.capacity and scale of the ship power system become bigger.A complex ship power system has brittleness,it’s meaningful to the study of the ship’s brittleness. This paper first briefly introduces the definition and characteristics of brittleness of complex system and introduces the brittleness entropy,it’s a good foundation for the establishment and application of the model. Then describes the brittleness of the ladder-shaped shipboard power, ane gives the fault tree analysis.Use network topolpgy, turn the directed network graph into topolopy bus node model.Brittle model of the ladder-shaped shipboard power system is established. Then use the topolopy bus node model, base on the adjacency matrix and reachable matrix of the cut set method, introduce equipment reliability parameters, analyze the reliability of key network nodes. Some concepts such as the probability of complete loss of electricity, increasing function of probability, the brittleness risk entropy and the entropy production are also introduced in and analysis the reliability of the ladder-shaped shipboard power system. The line show each edge damage effect on the specified load power, provides an important reference for the shipboard power system’s reliability analysis and system security protection, points out the direction for future shipboard power system’s development.
