Along the high-speed railway mostly is bridge. Inspecting the quality of high-speed railway alongside bridge is the important guarantee of people's travel safety. In this paper, the design of charging station system based on inspection car is proposed in this premise. In this paper, we describe the system in detail from three parts which are data collection, information communication and control terminal.In data collection part, we mainly real-time monitor the power supply part. Since the design is based on the no power supply enterprise. The power supply comes from the wind-light complementary and used the lead-acid batteries for energy storage form. So real-time monitoring on-site power source supply is an important guarantee of the safe and stable operation of the charging station.In information communication section, under the charging station service environment, the design is carried out in line with the principles of operating securely and coherently. Firstly, keeping instance communication by GPRS wireless communication technology and the monitoring center part, sharing on-site working state, so the quality of the station could be diagnosed and maintained. Secondly, communicating with bridge checking car. We design the communicative ways of ultrashort wave according to the working condition and requirement, answer to the bridge checking car and complete positioning and charging.As the core of this charging station system, we adopt modular design during designing control terminal. Designing of the hardware circuit take high performance microprocessor C8051F020 as the controller chipand completed software function realization through the C language embedded programming.It could complete the collection of data processing, communication response point, and the subsequent operation, charger of start-stop etc. In the charging station system this section plays a key role as the brain, this paper has described the hardware and software design in detail.Finally, we analyse and summarize the inadequacies of the charging station system, and put forward some suggestions about improvement for further researches.
