With the rapid development of mechanical production, the automation of washing-system for work piece becomes increasingly serious and needs to be resolved. This paper aims to develop a set of requirements for the domestic situation of automatic, safe, reliable, cost-efficient washing machine with high level. The main research works of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the components and configuration of the cleaning machine are introduced and the work processes is analyzed to develop the work process control requirements.Secondly, according to the cleaning technical process, the mechanical structural design of the cleaning equipment is finished. At the fine spout, the rotator device is designed to guarantee abundant cleaning.Thirdly, the control system based on PLC is designed, and the manual and automatic control of the device is realized. The general project of electrical control system of the machine is designed; the hardware and software of the electrical control system are designed. To the characteristic of the industrial environment, the anti-interference measures are adopted to PLC control system.In this paper, PLC is used to complete production process and touch screen is used to monitor and control. Then the purpose that the cleaning machine washes work piece with a curved face according to the requirements of production technology is achieved with improved washing quality and production efficiency and reduced energy consumption. The actual running shows that the machine system has a high degree of automation, high reliability, and friendly human-computer interaction characteristics and so on. |
