Vector control system of induction motor is increasingly being used in AC variable frequency system for its excellent dynamic performance. Vector control system very sensitive to parameter changes and with the aging of the motor and the surrounding environment changes, there is a big difference between the actual motor parameters and given parameters. With the extensive application of AC motor, a normal motor running before the parameter identification becomes especially important. This paper describes a mathematical model of induction motor and the coordinate transformation, as well as the working principle and classification of induction motor vector control system ; a brief introduction of the voltage space vector control technology and off-line detection of induction motor parameters and practical methods; major study of the induction motor vector control system in the rotor-flux-oriented coordinate system, genetic algorithm based on clonal selection parameter identification, and using Matlab/simulink software tools for system parameter identification, and comparison with the traditional genetic algorithm, test results show that the algorithm effectively improve the accuracy of parameter identification and convergence rate, significantly improved the performance of induction motor vector control system; and a brief description of the application of model reference adaptive theory and single-neuron PID adaptive control method in induction motor parameter identification, simulation and experimental results show that the model reference adaptive control theory in the parameter identification with good accuracy, single-neuron PID adaptive control method has a high steady-state accuracy to verify the correctness and feasibility of the program.
