This article is a DC-DC converter switch comprehensive study. Put forward the integration of the magnetic technology in aspects of electronic components,mainly discussed with the inductor and inductor, transformer and inductor integration, Put forward planar magnetic integration on the basis of the magnetic integration-array magnetic integration,And modeling and simulation for this magnetic integration.The main purpose of magnetic technology is in order to make the converter switches become "shorter, smalerl, lighter, thiner", According to the non-linear features of the switch converter,This paper Put forward variable structure control theory.In the three chapters of thispaper discussed magnetic integration. From the beginning of Chapter IV,discussed the Buck,Boost as well as Cuk converter with the Variable Structure Control.In the Cuk converter of this paper,the two inductor using the array magnetic integration in theory, achieve structural change control algorithm with TMS320F2812,and simulatedthe circuit with Matlab. The results showed that: variable structurecontrol algorithm has more advantages than the traditional PWM,mainly in the fast dynamic response, robust and wide-range of steady-state,thesimple control.
